How to find the correct dose for your pet...
Dosing CBD doesn't have to be confusing!
In fact, some of the best advice we can offer is to monitor how your pet reacts to CBD and make adjustments accordingly. Some pets react well to low doses, while others need a good bit more. We always recommend watching to see how your pet reacts whenever changing dosages, but if you see your pet reacting well to a higher dose, there is nothing to be concerned about. Use the following guidelines for finding the average dosages. As well, you can use these same guidelines to find the correct CBD dosage for your cat, dog, horse, etc. Weight and medical condition will determine how much CBD an animal can take not the species of said animal — CBD appears to affect all of us equally.
The dosage below are typically administered 1-3 times a day, and we recommend starting at our recommended doses once a day for the first week before moving up. After the first week move into using it up to 3 times a day and see how your pet reacts with that dose. After a month and you see that your pet is still showing some issues then up the dose to the second tier dose guide. The third tier is for pets with extreme issues or older pets that need higher dose of Humble Yield’s special Formula. We recommend putting in pets mouth directly for best results but if that is a issue then add to pets food.
